1. Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is completed and the payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, the order cannot be cancelled. As our products are delivered instantly via download or email, there is no provision for order reversal.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error

• Failure to receive the eBook due to a verified system issue

In such cases, please contact us at ketakidhawad@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed (if applicable) within 7 business days.

3. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your download link or experience technical issues, contact us immediately at the email above with your payment details. We will resend the product as soon as possible.

All transactions are handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card information.
